2. Incoming Settings Step 2 of 4
Most Queues have messages automatically directed into them. There are a few different ways for you to accomplish this:

Incoming Email Address Routing
By entering a specific incoming email address which messages are sent to you can have these messages routed directly to a Trakken Queue. It does not matter how the email is finally entered into Trakken, as long as it was sent to this address somewhere. For example, you could have support@mycompany.com and sales@mycompany.com both forwarding to a trakken@mycompany.com POP account. You can still use either support@mycompany.com or sales@mycompany.com for incoming email address routing.

POP Account Routing
By choosing a specific POP account, Trakken can automatically route all messages from that POP account into this Queue.

Rules or Manual Routing
You can setup automatic Routing-Rules which will direct messages into the system based on content by going to Admin/Routing Rules after using this wizard. Alternatively Agents can manually route messages to this queue.
