Most Queues have messages automatically directed into them. There are
a few different ways for you to accomplish this:
Incoming Email Address Routing
By entering a specific incoming email address which messages are sent
to you can have these messages routed directly to a Trakken Queue.
It does not matter how the email is finally entered into Trakken, as
long as it was sent to this address somewhere. For example, you could
have support@mycompany.com and sales@mycompany.com
both forwarding to a trakken@mycompany.com POP account. You can
still use either support@mycompany.com or
sales@mycompany.com for incoming email address routing.
example: support@mycompany.com
POP Account Routing
By choosing a specific POP account, Trakken can automatically route all
messages from that POP account into this Queue.
You can setup automatic Routing-Rules which will direct messages
into the system based on content by going to Admin/Routing Rules
after using this wizard. Alternatively Agents can manually route
messages to this queue.
