A Trakken Queue is like a police dispatcher. New requests come into
that queue and are sent out to the appropriate Agents as needed to
assure they are answered quickly.
Queue Name
Each Queue needs a unique name. This name is only show inside your company, and it should be as descriptive as possible.
Outgoing Email Address
When email is sent from this Queue it will appear to
originate from this email address, not the individual who is composing
the response. This assures that all responses come back into Trakken,
and helps make your company look professional. You can use any email
address which is being forwarded into Trakken.

Outgoing Email Name
Email messages contain the name of the person the email
is from in addition to an email address. You can choose either to use
the Agent's Public Name in responses for a more personal feel, or you
can use a single Email Name such as "MyCompany Support" to feel more
like an organization.
