HZ Readme

This is the directory for files related to my pet game project 'HZ'. It's inspired by the Sega Genesis game Herzog Zwei, which IMO is much more of a real-time action strategy game than others in the current genre of the same name. Most of the current games I'd rename 'real-time action tactics games' because the player who controls his armies fastest will always beat a slow player with great strategy.

HZ is written for Win95/NT and DirectX. As long as you have DirectX installed, it should run.

When you see the splash screen hit ENTER
Wait until the console messages stop spitting out, then hit the tilda key (~)
you should be able to fly around the dropship with your arrow keys.
You can switch to one of the other units on the board by hitting TAB.
In the console you can hit pageup/down, and home/end to scroll through scrollback.
You can type 'help' for a list of console commands.
You can also execute script commands directly by typing a single quote (') as the first character. For example, you can type:

	'printGlobalVariables();
	
```
and you should get a list of global variables, other interesting commands are:
```
	'printTable(object_types);
	'printTables(objects[0]);
	'C_addsprite("mainship",400,200);
	
```
